All our orders are shipped out with UPS or FedEx.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will first get a email where we confirm your order is paid and ready to be shipped out. Just double check to make sure it didn’t land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident. Please send us an email with the name or email you made the order with to [email protected] and we will help you to track your order.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

The fulfillment takes between 1-5 business days depending on how many orders we have + the shipping time 4-10 business days, shipping time depends on destination. It’s important to keep in mind that we are printing these orders on request, not sending out items from printed stock. So it does take us a couple of days extra to get everything ready.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All customers have 14 days to regret their purchase. The 14 days starts from the day you buy the product. We will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after you’re cancellation. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs related to the return will happen on your own account. Contact us at [email protected] to get the address for shipping back your artwork.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping worldwide.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel your order! If we haven’t started with fulfilling your order you can cancel it (fulfillment takes 1-5 days). Note: We take a $20 fee for handling the cancellation and refunds.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?

In the event that products are returned to us specifically due to customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a $35 fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.
