Shipping & Fulfillment

Each piece is individually hand-embellished, varnished, and finished in my studio, making every artwork subtly unique. Please allow 7–14 business days for creation, curing, and careful packaging prior to shipment. U.S. orders typically arrive within a few days after dispatch. International delivery times may take an additional 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs. You will receive a tracking number once your artwork ships. I always aim to ship as quickly as possible and often sooner than the estimated timeframe.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each artwork is individually hand-finished and made to order, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color preference, or subjective dissatisfaction.

That said, your satisfaction is extremely important to me. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I will always do my best to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

Every artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

• The artwork
• The packaging materials
• The exterior shipping box

Once reviewed, I will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact me and I will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
